PeepaalFlow
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeepaalFlow (the "App", the "Service"), operated by Peepaal.in, the trading name of Vaibhav Vishal, sole proprietor of M/s Mukti Nath Khad Beej Bhandar (registered in India, Udyam registration UDYAM-BR-01-0039282), through its registered unit Peepaal Flow ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service through our mobile app or website at peepaalflow.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By using PeepaalFlow you represent that: (a) you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live), and have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor; (b) you have authority to accept these Terms; (c) you are the legitimate owner or authorized administrator of every account you connect; and (d) your use complies with all applicable laws.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each user may maintain one account; creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans is prohibited.
By connecting an account you authorize PeepaalFlow to access your data via the respective platform APIs (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) within the permissions you grant and to perform actions you configure (publishing content, replying to comments and messages) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the policies of the relevant platforms, including the Instagram Terms, Community Guidelines, Facebook Terms, Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Terms of Service and the LinkedIn User Agreement.
YouTube Terms of Service Agreement: PeepaalFlow uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke PeepaalFlow's access to your YouTube channel at any time through the Google Security Settings permissions page.
You acknowledge that automation carries inherent risk — including possible restriction, rate-limiting or suspension of your social accounts by the platforms — and that PeepaalFlow cannot guarantee immunity from platform enforcement.
You may use PeepaalFlow to schedule and publish your own content, configure keyword and AI-assisted automation for accounts you control, and view your own analytics. You agree not to:
We may remove Content or suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
You retain all ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your Content solely to operate the features you use (for example, storing media for scheduled publishing and sending it to the Meta APIs). This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account. You are solely responsible for your Content and for all automated messages sent on your behalf, and for any required disclosures (e.g. advertising/sponsorship rules).
PeepaalFlow can use Google Gemini to draft replies. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; it is provided "as is" with no warranty. You remain fully responsible for every message sent on your behalf, including AI-generated ones, and you agree to monitor automation and disable it if needed.
Publishing is performed on a best-effort basis via cloud scheduling and may be delayed by a few minutes. Platform posting limits and spacing rules can also move a post to a later time or day. We do not guarantee that every post will publish successfully — platform outages, expired tokens, content-policy rejections or rate limits may prevent it. Temporary failures are retried automatically a limited number of times; a post that still fails is marked Failed and is not published unless you reschedule it. When publishing to multiple platforms, each is processed independently.
To comply with Meta policies and protect your accounts, automated actions are capped per account per hour (approximately 750 comment-to-DM, 200 standard DM, and 200 comment replies). We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts showing abusive patterns or placing disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
PeepaalFlow is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features or plans in future and will give reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before any charges apply; you may stop using the Service if you do not agree.
The App — including its design, code, interface, logos and trademarks — is owned by Peepaal.in (M/s Mukti Nath Khad Beej Bhandar) and protected by law. These Terms grant you no right to our branding. If you send us feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use it without obligation to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peepaal.in (M/s Mukti Nath Khad Beej Bhandar) and its proprietor from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content or automated messages, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, third-party right, or platform policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the App ends, scheduled-but-unpublished posts are cancelled and their media deleted, and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis and not as a class action.
We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email (at least 15 days where practicable). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
